What are the payment options?
The common payment method is 30% T/T deposit and 70% final payment before shipment. You can also choose to pay on the Ali platform. Or you want other payment methods, we can negotiate further!
What can I do if quality issues happen?
Gather some clear photos and videos and contact our sales team. We are online 24 hours a day. If you can't reply immediately due to time difference, please be patient. After our technical team confirms the cause of the problem, we will surely start to deal with the problem and get back to you.
What is the lead time usually?
Production lead time for bulk orders (full container quantity) of standard finishes or patterns is usually about 15 to 25 days after all details are confirmed. In the case of custom designs or actual colour confirmation, lead times will be longer. If the order quantity is small and we have it in stock, the lead time will be much shorter.
Can I get samples of personalized patterns?
Of course, we are happy to provide you with customized samples. Please let us know your specific needs and design requirements and we will make them to your specifications. Please provide details of the samples you would like and we will arrange production for you as soon as possible.
How to maintain stainless steel sheets in good condition?
We strongly recommend avoiding the use of brushes, steel wool or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the brilliance of the sheet. Also, please do not use acidic cleaners, which can cause stainless steel to rust.
I placed an order with you, how can I check the status?
After we ship the goods, there will be a logistics order number, you can check the status of the goods online, or contact us, we will check the status of the goods for you.
